Weirdest Demonstration in the World – Bra and Panties Demonstration

I haven’t seen this kind of protest or demonstration before, usually when a group of people do a demonstration they only take a sign board or with another normal way to demonstrate, but this group of people do the weirdest demonstration ever. they holding and throwing bras and panties in the air. all of them was workers of Triumph Internationl which is also known as the biggest underwear manufacturer.

Dismissed workers of Triumph International ‘Philippines’ (a huge international underwear manufacturer) were holding and throwing bras and panties in the air in front of Department of Labour and Employment (DOLE) in Manila June 30, 2009. They organized this symbolic demonstration to protest against what they qualify as an “illegal and unjust closure of Triumph International Philippines.”
1600 workers were fired because of the closing of Triumph International operations in Philippines.
